I believe good coaching is one of the most effective ways to help people grow. That’s why I became one. My coaching business is built on my more than 10 years of clinical experience, practicing as a licensed psychotherapist in Los Angeles, CA. I created #YourGrownUpVoice because helping others uncover and live into their anxious-free confident selves lights. me. up. As a coach, I focus on teaching, equipping, and challenging my clients toward their targeted goals.

Anxiety Break Up: 6-Week Emotional Regulation Bootcamp

Learn how to RECOGNIZE & REGULATE your everyday anxiety, so you can work and be in relationships without exhausting yourself. As your 1-on-1 coach, I’ll help you build the emotional muscle needed to slow down the Overthinking, Overworking, Can't Relax, Can't Be Present part of yourself. You’ll learn and experience various practices, tools, and skills that will change the way you relate to and navigate your daily anxiety.

During your 6 weeks with me, you will:

  • Reframe your anxiety (what it is and isn't)

  • Get to know your anxiety up close (learn how to recognize + label her moves + see her coming a mile away)

  • Uncover your key pain messages that's driving your anxiety

  • Make deep connections to the part of yourself who is not anxious

  • Learn how to regulate your anxiety using your own voice and body

  • Create a specific and personal cognitive map for emotional self-regulation

  • Exit with a plan to live into the new patterns and practices you’ve experienced and uncovered

Hi, I’m Meghan.

I’m a Licensed Therapist (MFT #95959) and Board Certified Coach. For the last 10+ years, my therapy practice has helped high-functioning women and men decrease their daily anxiety at work and in their relationships. As a coach, I focus on helping people tap into their best selves through emotional regulation. My passion for all my work is fueled by knowing change is possible and that people are meant to grow.

  • Yes. The work you will do in your coaching program is meant to deepen and strengthen any work you’re already doing in therapy. Therapy is often a place to explore a range of issues in your life, whereas coaching gives you the space, time, and resources to focus exclusively on your anxiety.

  • Definitely. No previous treatment experience is necessary to work with a coach. Come as you are, and we will start where you are. I am confident your first step into coaching will be met with much care, support, and enthusiasm toward hope and growth for you.
