Anxiety | 3-Day Retreat

The Struggle

You’re seen as someone who’s got it together and in many ways you do. You’re smart, tenacious, and self-aware. You might even be a leader. But. There’s another side to you: You’re anxious. You find it hard to relax, be present, be honest, let things go. Your anxiety might show up in your body, your thoughts, or how you act. You know everyone gets nervous, but this level of nerves is taking over, stopping you from living a professional or personal life that’s fully present. You’re ready to address your anxiety head-on. You’re ready to move into the person you know is there deep down. . .your genuine best human self.
